The early days

In the early days of Poultons we moved anything from muck (see the first two black and white photos) to elephants to shire horses. Over the years we have moved and hauled livestock including cattle, sheep, pigs, horses and as mentioned elephants!!! We used to be predominantly livestock hauliers, then we moved on to general haulage, then moving on to running tipper lorries hauling grain and aggregates. These days we supply aggregates and other building materials.
